Acquiring and growing one exceptional
business for the long term.

ABOUT US

Flora Capital Partners (FCP) is a Toronto-based private entrepreneurial investment fund. Founded by Christabel Kim, FCP seeks to acquire an exceptional, profitable, and established business from a current owner who is ready to pass the baton onto the next generation of entrepreneurs, preserving the legacy for the long term.

OUR STORY

Christabel founded Flora Capital Partners to find with a business owner who is ready to transition their legacy to the next generation of entrepreneurs.

Curious and passionate problem solver, Christabel built her 15 year career in increasing leadership capacity spanning strategy, product, sales, and operations. She believes customer obsession, operational excellence, and collaborative culture are foundations of lasting growth.

Having witnessed the value and impact SMBs have on their communities and employees, Christabel is excited to commit her energy, focus, and capital to partnering with one transitioning owner to ensure a thoughtful succession plan that honors the owner’s legacy and stewards the business toward continued growth.

She is excited to meet with interested business owners to learn more about their businesses and how we can partner to preserve their legacy.
